Md Towsif-ur-Rahman, JnU Correspondent: Three teachers of Jagannath University (JnU) have been appointed as Assistant Proctors in the Proctor’s Office. They are- Associate Professor of Pharmacy-Mohammad Sayedur Rahman, Deen Islam-Assistant Professor Department of Management Studies and Gautam Kumar Saha-Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics.

On Tuesday (September 14), three separate office orders signed by the university’s registrar engineer Ohiduzzaman confirmed the appointment of three as assistant proctors.

According to the order, they were appointed as assistant proctors under the Jagannath University Act-2005 subject to the approval by the syndicate until further orders.

The order will be effective from September 15 and everyone will be entitled to duty allowance as per the rules.
